Our villa is in the prestigious Hampton Lakes community, it consists of four bedrooms, (One king size, one queen & two twins) two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, a lounge/dining room,  family room with 42" HD TV and games room, free wireless internet & national & international calls (land lines only).  Full American kitchen and private heated swimming pool.   Hampton lakes is a quiet estate in a rural atmosphere within easy reach of all the main attractions and numerous golf courses including the prestigious Highland Reserve Course which is adjacent to Hampton Lakes and Champions Gate only 5 minutes drive.

The villa is spacious, decorated and furnished to a very high standard in traditional Floridian style.

 It is fully air conditioned and can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably

The area has been magnificantly landscaped with an onsite lake, community pool, volleyball and tennis courts plus children's play areas.

All linens and towels are included, there is also digital cable tv, dvd player, cd player and BBQ.

betPool heating is available at an extra charge of £9/$15 per day (usually only needed Nov - Feb), a cleaning charge of £30/£45 will be added on bookings of less that 7 nights, we also have a crib, high chair & stroller for your use.
